我国企业安全生产培训工作问题及对策

Difficulties and solutions to enterprises work safety training in China

Work safety situation keeps serious still in China; major accidents happen frequently, one of the important reasons is the poor safety awareness of the employees. So, it is essential to improve the effect of the training by improving the training quality. This paper discuss the difficulties existed and the solutions to improve enterprises work safety training effect in China. It is necessary to build the trainers team, compile the targeting training material, verify the training methods, and strictly control the examination and certification conditions.
