铁屑微电解法处理水性油墨废水的研究

摘    要:试验研究了水性油墨废水的铁屑微电解法处理。研究结果表明,微电解条件控制在pH 4 0、铁屑投加量10%、反应时间60min、焦炭含量为16. 67%,水性油墨废水的处理效果较好,色度去除率可达90%以上,COD去除率在50%左右。

Abstract:Micro electrolysis treatment of water-based ink wastewater using ferric filings was studied in the experiment.The result showed that when the condition of micro electrolysis was controlled at pH value 4.0,dosage of ferric filings was 10%,reaction time was 60 minutes,carbon content was 16.67%,water-based ink wastewater was treated efficiently.The typical values of removal rate of color and COD were over 90% and about 50% respectively.
