氯气事故风险预测评价方法初探

摘    要:
依据区域氯气事故调查的实例研究,求得在不同气象条件下,氯气事故发生的概率。再应用近地面大气污染物扩散模式,预测化工厂液氯钢瓶泄漏事故对周围环境的影响范围及程度,进行环境风险评价。并提出液氯钢瓶外泄事故的防范措施。

Abstract:
The article illustrates the method of risk assessment of chlorine Leakage accident.The scope and degree of the impact under certain meteorological conditions have been predicted.Some appropriate emergency measures are also discussed.
