| Abstract: | A general illustration of the contents of the Sino-Russian joint monitoring was stated,then tentative plan of a unified evaluation criteria,monitoring and analysis methods was put forward in both sides.At the same time,China and Russia in the future expansion of the joint monitoring of technical exchanges and the new concept of cooperation was bring forward. |
