| 摘 要： | 结合京津唐地区的实际发展状况,在分析现有循环经济评价方法对区域循环经济发展评估方面存在不足的基础上,提出了基于层次分析法的区域循环经济发展的评价指标体系,并进行综合评价测度.评价结果反映出京津唐地区经济与社会发展整体态势良好,但资源和环境制约问题比较突出,需要通过加大政策和资金投资力度,提升企业社会责任感,加强个人环保意识等措施促进京津唐地区循环经济发展.

| Abstract: | Combined with the actual development situation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Region, the paper analyzed the shortage of existing evaluation methods of regional circular economy development. Then the evaluation index system was put forward based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to carry on a comprehensive evaluation. The results reflected the economic and social development was good in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Region. However the resources and environment restriction problem of the area was outstanding. It should intensify policy and capital investment, promote enterprise＇s social responsibility as well as strengthen the public environmental protection consciousness, and so on. |
