粉煤灰的酸碱联合活化溶出实验研究

摘    要:对粉煤灰的成分、粉煤灰的活化条件和酸碱联合溶出率进行了分析和比较,确定了最佳活化条件和最佳溶出条件。粉煤灰的最佳活化条件是:灼烧温度为700℃,灼烧时间至少应≥1h,当灼烧时间超过2h时,灼烧时间的增加不会对粉煤灰化学成分的溶出率产生明显影响,而铁的溶出率几乎不受灼烧活化方法、酸溶温度和酸浓度的影响;酸碱联合溶出的最佳条件是:在粉煤灰的最佳活化条件下,先用酸溶,再用碱溶,酸溶时的硫酸浓度要〉0.5mol·L^-1,最佳用量为8—10mL·g^-1。

Abstract:The composition and the activative condition of the coal ash and its dissolve rate by acid - base combined activation had been analyzed and compared in this dissertation. The optimal activation condition and the optimal stripping condition had been confirmed. The optimal activation conditions are that the burn temperature is 700℃, the burn time greater than or equal to I h at least; while bum time greater than 2 h, the different activation methods not only influence obviously the measured value of the chemistry composition of coal ash, but can remove the measuring error of different test methods. The optimal conditions of combined stripping are that using sour dissolve at first, and than using alkali dissolve, under the optimal activation conditions of coal ash; the concentration of sulfuric acid for dissolving coal ash must be greater than 0. 5 mol . L^-1, and its optimal dosage is 8 - 10mL. g^-1.
