| 摘 要： | 介绍了生化需氧量的方法建立过程,指出测定生化需氧量时,除了温度对测定有影响外,pH值、无机盐类、微生物种类和数量、稀释度、硝化作用、缓冲剂,以及充分的营养和毒性物质的存在与否都会对测定结果有影响.

| Abstract: | The process of analytical method development for the biochemical oxygen demand determination was introduced. When determination of biochemical oxygen demand was performed, the temperature, pH value, the inorganic salts, species and the number of the microorganism, dilution, the nitrification, the buffer, as well as the full nutrition and the toxic material existence will influence the determination. |
