摘    要:目的探究不同基体组织、石墨形态的铸铁在静止模拟海水全浸条件下的腐蚀性能及其机理。方法采用电化学线性极化曲线,交流阻抗和全浸挂片试验等方法。结果灰铸铁的腐蚀速率大于球墨铸铁。结论球墨铸铁和灰铸铁腐蚀类型均为全面均匀腐蚀,而且球墨铸铁耐蚀性能好于灰铸铁。

Abstract:Objective To study the corrosion behaviors and mechanisms of cast iron with different graphite morphology and matrix under the condition of total immersion in 3% NaCl solution. Methods The polarization curve, EIS and the coupon corrosion tests were used. Results The results showed that the corrosion rate of gray cast iron was greater than that of ductile iron. Conclusion The gray cast iron and ductile iron both had general uniform corrosion, and the corrosion-resistance property of ductile iron was superior to that of gray cast iron.
