乌鲁木齐市环境与社会经济发展协调程度分析

本文阐述了协调发展度的含义,运用环境效益与社会经济效益协调发展的定量评价公式,分析了乌鲁木齐市1991-2015年环境与社会经济协调发展度的现状和趋势,得出乌鲁木齐市目前属于中级协调发展环境滞后型,并且环境经济的协调程度从1991年的“双低”型发展到1996年、2000年的“一高一低”型,到2015年可实现“双高”型。

Analysis on The Coordination Degree Between Environmental and Social-Economic Development of Urumqi

Based on the analysis of coordination degree's meaning,the article discussed the formula,which can quantitatively evaluate the coordination degree between environmental and social-economic development.Furthermore,the paper analyzed the present and future situation of coordination degree in Urumqi City from 1991a to 2015a.Based on it's calculation,the paper points out that the coordination degree between environmental and social-economic development of Urumqi City is an intermediate coordination development type,but the standard of environmental development is lagging the level of social-economic development during the ten years from 1991a to 2000a.The article also points out that coordination degree developed from the "double-low"(low environmental benefits and low economic benefits)in 1991a to the "one high-one low"(high economic benefits and low environmental benefits)in 1996a-2000a,and will realize the "double-high"(high economic benefits and high environmental benefits)in 2015a.
