摘    要:在中温条件下采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理乳品废水厌氧产氢发酵后的出水,研究了反应器的启动情况,考察了pH和HRT对运行效果的影响,并对有无添加填料的两种ABR的性能进行了比较。结果表明:采用固定HRT并逐步增大进水浓度的启动方式,反应器能在88 d内完成启动。在pH为7~8,HRT为24~48 h时,ABR对COD和SS均有较好的去除效果。当进水COD为3 000 mg/L、SS为200mg/L左右、容积负荷1.5~3 kg COD/(m.3d)时,COD去除率达95%以上,SS去除率在84%以上。在ABR中加入聚乙烯多孔小球填料,可使反应器有更强的抗冲击负荷能力。

Abstract:The treatment of effluent from anaerobic fermentation of diary wastewater was studied using an anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR).The characteristics of ABR during the start-up were investigated,and the influence of pH value and hydraulic retention time(HRT) on the treatment efficiency were examined under mesophilic temperature.The performance of two ABRs with or without filler were compared.The results showed that the system was successfully started up in 88 days by increasing the concentration of the feed,together with a constant flow rate.Satisfactory reductions in Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) and Suspended Solid(SS) by ABR could be obtained at pH of 7~8 and HRT of 24~48 h.The removal of COD and SS were over 95% and 84% respectively when the influent COD was 3 000 mg/L,organic loading rate was 1.5~3 kg COD/(m3.d) and SS was 200 mg/L.The stability of ABR was improved by being filled with Polyethylene porous balls.
