地下水生态环境与社会经济协调发展定量分析

采用离差系数最小化方法建立地下水生态环境与社会经济协调发展定量评价模型。依据协调度的取值范围,将协调发展类型分为30种基本发展类型。在构建地下水生态环境与社会经济协调发展评价指标体系的基础上,文章以关中地区5个行政区为研究载体,分析地下水生态环境与社会经济发展之间的互动关系。评价结果表明:关中地区地下水生态环境与社会经济发展的协调度比较高,但处于生态环境与社会经济发展程度较低状态下的协调发展。其中,宝鸡属于良好协调发展环境滞后型,西安、咸阳、渭南属于中级协调发展经济滞后型,铜川属于初级协调发展经济滞后型。文章对评价结果进行综合诊断,提出促进地下水生态环境与社会经济之间协调发展的对策建议。

Quantitative Analysis of Coordination between Groundwater Environment and Socio-Economic Development

This paper described the method of minimizing deviation coefficient to establish a quantitative model for evaluation of the coordination between groundwater environment and socio-economic development in the Guanzhong Plain of Shannxi Province.Result of the evaluation revealed the coordination levels differed from the region to region within the Plain comprising Baoji,Xi'an,Xianyang and Weinan.Since groundwater is the key water resource for all of these regions in terms of both domestic and industrial use,proposals for increasing the carrying capacity,and for efficient utilization of groundwater,are put forward in the paper.
