谷氨酸分子印迹电化学传感器的研究

摘    要:谷氨酸在食品、医药、日化等方面用途广泛。但是目前,检测谷氨酸的方法存在种种缺陷而不够理想。因此,一种快速检测谷氨酸的方法很重要。文章以谷氨酸为模板,邻氨基酚为功能单体。铁氰化钾为印迹电极和底液间的探针,利用循环伏安法成功制备了谷氨酸分子印迹聚合物传感器。并优化了其反应条件(pH=5.5,t=20℃,单体:模板=2.2:1,聚合时间25圈,洗脱时间=2 min,洗脱材料:硫酸)。制备的谷氨酸分子印迹电化学传感器的相对标准偏差分别为2.91%~3.39%。线性范围0.5 mmol/L~3.0 mmol/L。对实际样品进行检测,其加标回收率为87%~110%。连续洗脱32次之后电极衰减到30%以上。与其他方法进行比较,该方法有检测灵敏度高,抗干扰能力强等优点,操作简便,为连续检测谷氨酸提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:Glutamic acid is widely used in the food,cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry,however the detection method is not ideal due to the defects,and a rapid detection method of glutamic acid is very important.With glutamic acid as template,ortho-aminophenol as functional monomer,K3Fe(CN)6 for imprinting electrode and bottom of liquid probe,molecularly imprinted polymer sensors of glutamic acid was prepared using cyclic voltammetry method.The reaction conditions were optimized as pH 5.5,temperature 20 ℃,imprinting time 25 circles,elution time 2 min,sulfur as elution material,and relative standard deviations of glutamic acid molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was 2.91%~3.39%,and linear range from 0.5 mmol/L to 3.0 mmol/L.Actual samples were tested,with recovery of 87%~110%.After continuous elution for 32 times,the electrode was attenuated to more than 30%.Compared with other methods,this detection method with good sensitivity,strong anti-interference ability and simple operation would provide a new way for continuous detection of glutamate.
