摘    要:在篮球训练和比赛中,运动员丢失大量的汗液,使机体内水、电解质平衡紊乱.因此,运动前、中、后的合理补水对保持体内水和电解质的平衡,提高耐力,延迟疲劳的出现,从而提高运动能力非常重要.

Abstract:In the basketball training and match,athletes lose a large number of sweat liquid,which disorders water and electrolytic equilibrium in the organism.So it is very important to keep internal water and equilibrium of electrolyte water before,during and after the sports,so as to improve endurance,delay the appearance of fatigue and improve sports ability.
