| 摘 要： | 研究了我国现存的建设工程第三方安全监管服务模式,分析了现有的3种第三方主体即监理单位、安全评价机构、保险公司各自的缺陷,提出了改进的建设工程第三方安全监管服务模式:政府购买专家服务模式和科研机构提供安全监管服务模式。通过案例分析,总结了改进的建设工程第三方安全监管服务模式的优势。

| Abstract: | In this paper the third -party safety supervision service pattern of construction projects in China has been re-searched .The defects are analyzed ,existed in the present 3 kinds of the third-party bodies ,supervisor ,safety assessment organization and insurance company and accordingly ,the improved third -party safety supervision service patterns of con-struction projects has been put forward ,in which the governments buys services from experts and the scientific research insti-tutions provide safety supervision services .The advantages of these service patterns have also been researched . |
