| Abstract: | During the June and July of 1991 the Yangtze river reachers were hit by the huge flood, which is few sawn before with respect to its range, degree and loss since 1949.The paper comprised in the aspects of characteristics, causes and economic influences of the rain water logging between 1991 and 1954. |
