| 摘 要： | 我国现行环境保护政策具有明显的计划体制特征，并正处于向市场体制过渡的阶段，江苏省社会经济发达，增长速度快，社会主义市场经济快速发展，面对国内外经济、社会和环境形势的变革，环境保护政策面临新的发展和调整，提出江苏省环境保护政策框架构想。
