| 摘 要： | 以抚顺市国民经济、社会发展、城市总体规划为依据，根据二氧化硫排放量，采用修正后的箱体模型预测2010规划年的二氧化硫环境质量；再按照达标性原则，确定削减量。在此基础上，提出了综合防治规划及对策。
