| Abstract: | Based on the conception of flood risk and vulnerability, this paper some cases of urban flood control planning at home and abroad are introduced and the impacts of flood risk and vulnerability to urban flood control planning are emphasized. Some issues to which we should pay much attention in working out urban flood control planning. |
