摘    要:总结了当前国内外印染企业运用优化生产调度实现废水排放源头控制的研究现状。介绍了优化生产调度系统的工作过程。从实际生产应用的角度出发,分析了不同优化算法进行生产调度存在的问题,提出了改进意见,同时对如何建立基于大数据采集的优化生产调度系统进行了阐述。对印染企业如何运用大数据采集系统进行优化生产调度并结合水资源综合利用实现全行业的清洁生产进行了展望。

Abstract:The current researches on printing and dyeing wastewater source control by optimal production scheduling in printing and dyeing enterprises from home and abroad are summarized. The working process of the optimal production scheduling system is introduced. From the perspective of practical application,the problems of different optimization algorithm for production scheduling are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement are put forward. The methods for how to build an optimal production scheduling system based on big data collect are expounded. The future of using big data acquisition system and optimal production scheduling combined with comprehensive utilization of water resources to achieve cleaner production in printing and dyeing industry is prospected.
