室内安全卫生现状及对策

室内安全卫生状况越来越受到人们的关注。美国环保署组织的调查表明 ,室内环境问题已成为影响人类健康的 4个主要环境因素之一 ,4 0 %的发病率是由室内环境差引起。 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,欧美等国家在室内环境污染因素的识别、检测、评价、控制管理方面进行了系统的研究 ,笔者结合中国实际情况 ,综述以上 4个方面的系统研究 ,提出了我国在技术上和管理上提高室内安全卫生质量状况的初步设想

Current Status of Indoor Safety and Health and Their Countermeasures

Nowadays people are paying close attention to the indoor safety and health. Investigation by U.S. EPA showed that indoor environment has become one of top four major factors affecting the human health, and 40 % of the disease incidence were caused by the indoor pollution. Since the last decade, scientists from industrialized countries have systematically studied the recognition, monitoring, evaluation, control and management of the indoor pollution. According the reality in China and combining the systematic study mentioned above, preliminary suggestions are made as to raise the quality of the indoor safety and health both theoretically and managerially.
