预处理-超滤-反渗透工艺深度处理炼油厂污水

摘    要:采用预处理-超滤-反渗透工艺深度处理某炼油厂污水场的二沉池出水。预处理单元出水COD为40mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)为1mg/L,SS为6.3mg/L,能够满足超滤-反渗透系统的进水要求。超滤单元进水压力在0.04~0.08MPa波动,反渗透单元进水压力在0.92~1.12MPa波动,运行均稳定,化学清洗周期均可超过一个月。预处理-超滤-反渗透工艺产水回用于二级脱盐装置脱盐水补水的成本为每吨产水2.04元,低于企业现有的新鲜水每吨3.45元的费用。该优质产水取代新鲜水回用,每年可为企业节约100多万元。

Abstract:The secondary sedimentation tank effluent of a refinery wastewater treatment plant was treated by pretreatment-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis process. The COD,ρ(NH3-N) and SS of the effluent of the pretreatment unit are 40,1,6.3 mg/L respectively,which can meet the requirements of influent quality for the ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis units. When the influent pressure of ultrafiltration unit is 0.04-0.08 MPa and that of reverse osmosis unit is 0.92-1.12 MPa,the two units can run steadily,and the chemical cleaning period is over 1 month. The treated water can be reused as make-up water for secondary desalter,its cost is 2.04 yuan per ton,less than 3.45 yuan per ton of fresh water cost. With the reuse of the treated water,the enterprise can save more than 1 million yuan per year.
