高强钢腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率与电位关系研究

摘    要:采用恒电位仪监测了高强钢在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展期间的开路电位,研究了腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率与开路电位变化值之间的关系,同时建立了它们之间的关系模型,腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率的对数与开路电位变化值之间呈线性关系.

Abstract:The free corrosion potential(Ecorr)of high-strength steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was monitored during corrosion fatigue crack propagation process,and the relationship between corrosion fatigue crack propagation rate(CFCPR) and Ecorr was analyzed.The relationship formula between CFCPR and the changed values of Ecorr(ΔE)of high-strength steel was established.The CFCPR was linearly with ΔE.
