| 摘 要： | 城市土地利用规划及住宅区开发应重视土地的适宜性评价。本文探讨了居住用地适宜性评价的指标体系，并建立了居住用地适宜性评价的模糊综合评价模型，通过实际应用说明，评价结果是符合实际情况的。
