摘    要:在聚四氟乙烯压力釜中用混酸恒温溶样,防止了样品的污染和挥发损失.用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)有效地消除了Co~(2+)的干扰,提高了分析的选择性.该法数秒钟即可测定一次试液,适用于批量样品的测定、检出限为6.2×10~(-13)g/ml,多次加标回收率在94.3~105.7%之间,RSD<3%,分析结果令人满意.

Abstract:The paper presents flowing injection chemilumines-cence analysis of trace chromium in soil. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate after the samples are dissolved with mixed acid in a closed teflon vessel under pressure. Most of common ions do" not interfere with the determination of chromium, and interference from cobalt may be eliminated by addition of PAN masking agent in solution of pH 4. The detection limit of trivalent chromium is 6.2×10-13g/ml.The relative standard deviation is less than 3%(n=3 or 4). The recovery rate is 94.3-105.7%.
