| Abstract: | Tracer experiment was conducted to investigate four parameters including flow direction,inflow and outflow paths and depth of the media used in a land treatment system,which may influence the retention time of the wastewater flow. Based on orthogonal test,it was found that flow direction and media depth were the main factors affecting hydraulic characteristics of a wastewater land treatment system.With the increase of media depth,percentage of dead zone tended to decline while volume efficiency of the plug ... |
