| 摘 要： | 介绍了系统模块的基本功能、系统属性和空间数据库设计 ,以及自主开发的空间数据库引擎(SpatialDatabaseGuide)的基本概念。对系统中的几个关键技术的实现方法进行了详细讨论。系统已在浙江省数几十个市县的水利部门得到推广应用 ,为该省“数字流域”规划和灾害治理发挥了积极作用。

| Abstract: | The basic module functions of a digital drainage area planning management system for Zhejiang Province and an independently developed spatial database engine(SDE)software,the Spatial Database Guide, are introduced. Then the design of attribute and the database are analyzed and a few of key technical methods of the system is discussed. The system has gotten a wide application in decades of counties and plays an important role in digital drainage area planning of Zhejing Province. |
