我国现行生产安全事故统计制度和模式分析及完善建议

为进一步完善我国生产安全事故统计工作，对以2016年新版《生产安全事故统计管理办法》和《生产安全事故统计报表制度》为核心、以12个相关行业领域的规章和报表制度为补充的我国现行生产安全事故统计制度体系进行系统梳理，阐明我国现行生产安全事故统计制度主要特点；从事故统计的协同性、事故范围、填报主体、报表的指导作用、统计结果的发布内容和模式5个方面深入分析我国现行生产安全事故统计工作存在的不足，并提出针对性的完善建议，以期为我国生产安全事故统计工作完善提供参考借鉴。

Analysis and improvement suggestions for current statistical system and pattern of work safety accidents in China

The current statistical system of work safety accidents in China was systematically reviewed, which took the new version of Statistical Management Measures for Work Safety Accidents and System of Statistical Report Form for Work Safety Accidents published in 2016 as the core, and took the rules and report form system of twelve related industries and fields as the supplement, then the main characteristics of the current statistical system of work safety accidents in China were illustrated. The shortcomings of the current statistical work on work safety accidents in China were analyzed from five aspects, such as the cooperativity of accident statistics, the scope of accident, the main body of reporting, the guiding role of report forms, and the publishing contents and pattern of the statistical results, then the targeted improvement suggestions were put forward, so as to provide the reference for the improvement of statistical work on work safety accidents in China.
