表面活性剂溶液回收废白土中石蜡的界面张力行为研究

摘    要: 用界面张力扫描方程组法测定了石蜡的EACN值(EguivalentAlkaneCarbonNumber)并合成了C18~22烷基苯磺酸钠及C18~22.烷基磺酸钠两种表面活性剂。对炼油厂废白土中蜡的回收实验表明,这两种表面活性剂溶剂与石蜡的界面张力较低,与十二烷基磺酸钠配伍后,石蜡的回收率可达93%。

Abstract:The EACN (Eguivalent Alkane Carbon Number)value of paraffin has been determined by solving interfacial tension scanning simultaneous equations. Two kinds of surfactants, C18-22 alkyl phenyl sodium sulfonats and C18-22 alkyl sodium sulfonate, have been also synthesized. The experiments of wax recovery from waste clay show that there are lower interfacial tensions between these two surfactant solutions and paraffin than other alkyl sulfonate solutions,and the rate of wax recovery can reach 93% if cooperating with a proper quantity of dodecyl sodium sulfonate.
