A Method of Initial Carbon Verification for Coal - Based Thermal Power Enterprises in Tianjin

Initial carbon verification has been carried out in Tianjin, aiming to control carbon dioxide emissions through the carbon emissions trading market, and promote local green-low carbon development. This research used several coal -based thermal power enterprises as the initial carbon verification target and included exceptional cases that were beyond the control of normal guidance to explore the method of carbon verification for accurately calculating true carbon emissions data. This study lays a foundation for establishing carbon emissions trading market in Tianjin and smoothly promotes the quota allocation of corporate carbon emissions.
