| 摘 要： | 环境宣教对提高公众环境意识、促进环保事业发展、建设环境文明发挥着先导、基础、保障和监督等不可替代的积极作用。在“十二五”开篇起步之际，做好环境宣教工作，进一步发挥环境宣教的功能与作用，是应对严峻环境形势和挑战、积极探索环保新道路的一项重要内容，也是一项重要的工作手段和方法。
