摘    要:分析了目前广泛应用的炉排焚烧炉、流化床焚烧妒和CAO焚烧炉技术。指出了垃圾中氯组分的产生和去除是焚烧时需要解决的关键性问题。新型双级料腿循环流化床解藕焚烧技术,将垃圾的热解、脱氯、燃烧以及还原氮氧化物等过程在系统内进行分级治理,在设备内部就地脱氯,彻底解决了燃烧过程中的高温腐蚀、二恶英和重金属的排放问题。同时,提簖了垃圾焚烧发电厂的效率。

Abstract:Much research and development has been done on the incineration techniques. However,the technique is far from complete. In this paper, the characteristics of three types of prevailing incinerators in use are summarized. Chlorine in waste is the key matter that will cause corrosion and produce dioxins. A new concept of waste incinerator-double -dipleg circulating fluidised bed is proposed at the institute of process engineering. By staged conversion,the three difficulties of prevent the corrosion and reduction of dioxins and heavy metal can be solved simultaneously.
