| 摘 要： | 机械加工作业十分普遍，通过对１４０名机加工工人的调查，发现手、腕、臂、肩、颈和上背的疼痛及腕、上臂和上背的压痛与对照人群比，Ｐ＜ ０．０５差异明显，下背酸痛虽较对照人群高，但无统计学意义。这可能与机械加工时需取低头、颈前弯、上背前倾体位及勿需常弯腰等因素有关

| Abstract: | The investigation of chronic musculoskeletal injuries had been carried out in 140 workers who worked at the machinary manufacture. The results showed that there were higher prevalence of pain feeling in wrists 、arms、shouldors 、neek and upper back as well as tenderness of wrists upper arms and upper back as compared with the control group (p<0.05).The low back pain in the workers was also higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical difference.The chronic musculoskeletal injuries occurred among machinery manufacturers may be related to the working posture,such as frequent lowering of head foward bending of neck and upper back without bending of lower back during work. |
