| Abstract: | The real-time or quasi-real-time probability estimation of seismic risk should be developed using real-time or quasi-real-time seismic monitoring system of broad band seis-mological station network to enhance the level of short-immidiate seismic prediction . and the countermeasures of preventive earthquake should be adopted to reduce earthquake loss using the velocity difference between seismic and electric waves of various locations. |
