摘    要:介绍一种高效自流式家庭生活污水处理净化槽,使用平推流二段厌氧和全混流好氧一体化技术,减少厌氧区的返混,提高抗冲击性能,同时还使用具有固液分离作用和生物膜吸附作用、生物降解作用的滤床技术,进一步提高过程的抗冲击能力和生物降解能力,使出水水质提高。净化槽各区之间液体依靠静压差形成自流,能耗低。实验表明,滤床填料挂膜后的启动十分便利,冲厕污水在各区中具有较好的去除效果,出水CODCr<60mg/L,去除率>86.9%;BOD5<20mg/L,去除率>97.4%;浊度去除率>97.7%。

Abstract:A compact household sewage purifying-tank with natural flowing process was presented.The integrated technology of combination of two plug-flow anaerobic zones and one aerobic zone was used to control the back-mixing of the fluid in the anaerobic zone,and improve the performance of the resilience to impact.The technology of the bio-filter with the solid-liquid separation,the bio-sorption and the biological degradation was simultaneously used to advance the capacity of the resistance to impact and the bio-degradation,to raise the effluent quality.The sewage flows naturally off the several zones in the tank without applied energy.It was found that the startup of the tank was not only fast, the efficiency for degradation of the pollutant was also high,after the bio-membrane formed on the surface of the packing material.COD_ Cr and BOD_5 were less than 60 mg/L and 20 mg/L ,the removal rates of the COD_ Cr ,BOD_5 and turbidity reached 86.9%,97.4% and 97.7% respectively.
