摘    要:根据废水处理的工艺特点,从产生污泥的工艺单元着手减少污泥的产量,是污泥减量化的重要途径。研究表明,在高浓度酒精废水的处理过程中,通过控制厌氧反应温度,UASB反应器的结构以及污泥回流的路线,可以有效减少污水处理系统的污泥产量,并且不影响废水处理效率。该研究结果从工艺设计角度最大限度地减量化污泥的处置,对降低污泥处理运行费用,实现废水处理系统的良性运转有着积极的作用。

Abstract:Based on the properties of wastewater treatment techniques it is a important method for reducing sludge from the source of treatment unit.It was proved that sludge production could be reduced by controlling the temperature of anaerobic reaction,enhancing the height of UASB reactor and adjusting the route of sludge circumfluence during alcohol wastewater treatment process without a decrease in wastewater treatment efficiency.The research results could be applied on technics designing of wastewater treatment to reduce the sludge production of whole treatment system.It is also worthwhile to carry out well-balanced running of wastewater treatment system by depressing the sludge treating fees through sludge reduction.
