摘    要:介绍了突发水污染事故污染源“指纹”识别系统,给出系统的实现思路及其软硬件环境。该系统采用GIS软件Mapinfo结合VisualBasic6.0语言开发.系统可结合突发性水污染事故现场检测指标与工业企业“指纹”特征库进行“指纹”比对,迅速判定追踪事故污染源,可为突发性水污染事故应急决策等提供信息支持.

Abstract:The paper introduced the fingerprinting system of the pollution source of the accident water pollution. The system was to develop by adopting the GIS software Mapinfo combining the VisualBasic6.0 language. It provided the thought and software and hardware conditions for realization of the system. The system contrasted the results of the accident water pollution's examination and the fingerprinting characteristic database of the factories to judge the source of the accident, and provided the information supporting system to the emergency decision for accident water pollution accident.
