污水汽提塔的优化设计与运行

摘    要:通过分析当前污水汽提塔运行中存在的主要问题,提出了污水汽提塔设计与运行中的优化建议。增加汽提塔板数,净化水质量可控制在氨氮小于50mg/L,硫化物小于10mg/L;汽提塔做多段变径设计可大幅降低装置能耗,保持良好的气提效果。

Abstract:By analyzing the main problem at the present operation of waste water stripping tower bring forward proposals for optimizing design and operation of waste water stripping tower.To increase number of trays in stripping tower,ammonia nitrogen contained in water can be controlled less than 50mg/L and sulfide content less than 10mg/L.Effectively increasing number of tray can substantially reduce energy consumption of the unit since multi-section having size variation design in stripping tower.
