| 摘 要： | "十三五"时期是我国全面建成小康社会的最后五年,同时也是生态环境保护适应新形势、实现与全面建成小康社会同步的关键五年,吉林省的环境保护工作将面临巨大的挑战。从战略高度研究提出"十三五"环境保护规划总体思路,可为科学编制吉林省"十三五"环境保护规划奠定坚实的技术基础。
