| 摘 要： | 铁路路基病害直接影响铁路行车安全 ,因此 ,对路基病害的管理是铁路工务部门的重要工作内容。笔者在分析兰州铁路局工务处路基病害管理工作的基础上 ,提出了以地理信息系统为平台的铁路路基病害信息管理系统的设计思想和总体框架 ;建立了路局路基病害数据库 ;实现了路基病害信息的动态管理及信息管理的电子化、可视化。系统的建立提高了铁路路基病害的管理水平 ,为铁路运输生产和列车安全运行提供了保障

| Abstract: | The disorders of railway roadbed directly threaten the safety of the running trains, so the management of the railway roadbed is a crucial issue for railway bureau. After summarizing the management method of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, an applicable software based on GIS as its platform is developed. With this system, the database of railway roadbed information is created, the data management becomes effective and accurate, and with the advantages of the GIS the data can be visualized. The design principle, the framework and function of the system are introduced. And the methods how to connect the Mapinfo platform with VC and how to do the vector of the railway map in Mapinfo are discussed. |
