水质总氮测定中影响因素分析

通过大量水质中总氮的测定实践，总结出蒸馏水纯度、加热氧化时间、试剂纯度及储存时间、波长的准确定位以及实验室环境等因素均会对测定结果的准确性产生影响。对以上影响因素进行逐一分析和实验对比，提出改进建议，以减少分析误差提高测试准确性。

Analysis on Affecting Factors in Measurement of Total Nitrogen in Wastewater

Via a great deal of practice of total nitrogen measurement, the effects of some factors ,e.g. purity degree of distilled water, duration of calefaction, storage duration and purity degree of reagents, correct setting of wave length and lab condition etc, on measurement accuracy were summed up . based on lab experiments the effecting factors were analyzed one by one, thereby in order to reduce measurement error and enhance measurement accuracy countermeasures against those effecting factors were put forward
