以TS为载体的催化剂对脱除三甲胺性能的研究

摘    要:
用Ti(SO4)2和硅溶胶制备TS载体。研究了以TS为载体的催化剂催化氧化脱除三甲胺的臭味。在制备TS载体的研究中考察了反应温度、钛硅比、焙烧温度、老化条件(如老化时间、pH值)等因素对载体吸附性能和比表面积的影响,并考察了不同活性组分、不同钛硅比的催化剂对脱除三甲胺的催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,添加Pd活性组分以及Ti:Si比为4:1mol的催化剂具有低温催化活性,脱臭效果好。

Abstract:
TS supporter has been prepared using Ti(SO4)2 astitanium source and silicasol as silicon source. Thecatalyst using TS as supporter was studied in deodor-izing trimethylamine by catalytic oxidation. The ef-fects of reaction temperature, titanium/silicon ratio,baking temperature, and ageing condition such as age-ing time and pH value on the adsorption properties,and the specific surface area of TS supporter have alsobeen studied. Activities of the catalysts were studiedin deodorizing trimethylamine when different activecomposition and titanium/silicon ratio were used. Theresult showed that the catalyst has high activity anddeodorization at low temperature.
