| 摘 要： | 本文设计的森林防火视频监控系统能够实现无人值守不间断工作,自动对视频图像信息进行分析判断;及时发现监控区域内的异常烟雾和火灾苗头,以最快、最佳的方式进行报警和提供有用信息;能有效地协助消防人员处理火灾危机,并最大限度地降低误报和漏报现象;同时还可查看现场实时图像,根据直观的画面直接指挥调度救火.

| Abstract: | The video monitoring system can work uninterruptedly and the video image information can be analyzed and judged automatically so as to detect in the smog and fire risk in the control area in time and then alarm and provide useful information quickly and finely. The system can assist fire fighter to deal with fire risk effectively,and decrease miss and under-reporting maximum. At the same tlme,view the in place and real time scene is available,based on the video,to commend fire fighting directly. |
