摘    要:将农业面源污染风险区划入生态保护红线中,防范由此导致的饮用水水源富营养化现象,是值得深入探讨的科学问题。以南水北调中线重要水源地丹江口水库流域十堰段为例,基于农业面源污染风险区的识别,通过情景分析探讨生态保护红线优化方法,改善区域生态环境,推动绿色发展。结果表明:将农业面源污染极高风险区划入生态保护红线,区域氮、磷流失削减率可分别达35.9%和26.33%,在一定程度上增强了生态系统连通性,且人口生态压力指数较小(0.23),可统筹生态效益和经济效益的发展。研究结果有望为存在农业面源污染风险的丘陵山区提供一种红线优化新思路。

Abstract:Consequently,China has begun exploring ecological red line to seek a more sustainable development path.The current demarcation and assessment methods of ecological red line are deficient,particularly in some areas with agricultural non-point source pollution.Therefore,it is a scientific problem worthy of further discussion that the high-risk areas of agricultural non-point source pollution are incorporated in the ecological red line to prevent the eutrophication of drinking water sources.This study was conducted at the Shiyan section of the Danjiangkou Reservoir Basin,an important source for drinking water in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Aiming at improving environmental quality and promoting regional green development,the study discussed the optimization of ecological red line based on the identification of agricultural non-point source risk zones through scenario setting.The result displayed that if the extremely high-risk zones of agriculture non-point source were incorporated into the ecological red line,the nitrogen and phosphorus reduction rates could reach 35.9% and 26.33%,respectively.The connectivity of ecological system could be strengthened to a certain extent.And the ecological population pressure was just 0.23,not caused too much social burden.The optimization also could take into account the development of ecological and social benefit.The study is expected to provide a reference for the optimization of ecological red line in other non-point source pollution areas with large rolling grade.
