| 摘 要： | 介绍了在加工高硫高酸原油条件下，中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂80×10^4t／a延迟焦化装置出现的加热炉辐射炉管弯头、分馏塔塔盘及浮阀、焦化塔至分馏塔挥发线弯头、焦化蜡油换热器出口短管、柴油回流空冷器管束部位腐蚀加速等问题，分析了以上部位腐蚀原因，提出了相应的应急对策。

| Abstract: | The corrosion accelerating and some other problems occurred in filrmaee radianl pipe bend, tray and float valve of fraetionating tower, bend from coking tower to fraetionating tower raising, export short tube of CGO heat exchanger and tube bundle of air cooled diesel backflow of 80 ×10^4 t/a delayed coking unit in S1NOPEC Qilu Branch Shengli Refinery during high-sulfur and high-acld crude oil conditions were introduced. The reasons of corrosion in above parts were analyzed and emergency measures were given. |
