中国对虾血细胞包掩作用的超微结构和组织化学观察

用鳗弧菌注射中国对虾，对其体内血细胞的包掩作用进行了超微结构和组织化学观察．结果表明：在注菌的对虾体内，包囊产生于多种器官和组织，在释放颗粒的过程中，半颗粒细胞和颗粒细胞的表面即发生变化，开始与周围细胞相粘接；在包囊中心是电子不透明的非结构团块；含吞噬泡的透明细胞也常被包围在包囊内，构成包囊的血细胞中细胞器趋于退化，在组织化学上表现为细胞中的ＲＮＡ大为减少，色氨酸几乎消失；然而，包囊从开始形成起，就呈Ｃｈｅｖｒｅｍｅｎｔ铁氰化钾法强阳性反应，此反应可被Ｂａｒｎｅｔ碘液法封闭．推测这一现象与黑色素生成有关．

ULTRASTRUCTURAL AND HISTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATIONS ON CAPSULATION OF HEMOCYTES IN CHINESE SHRIMP PENAEUS CHINENSIS

individuals of the Chinese shrimp Penaeus chinensis were injected with 0 1 mL of vibrio suspension containing 10 8 mL -1 and tissue samples were taken at 24,48 h after injected.U1trastructural and histochemical observations on the capsule formation in the shrimps were carried out. The results showed that capsulation occured in many organs and tissues in all the shrimps injected with vibrio suspension.As degranulation taking place,semigranular and granular cells changed their surface and began to adhere to other cells.In the centre of the capsule, where was an electronic opaque material mass.The hyaline cells with phagocytic vacuole were surrounded by other hemocytes and became part of the capsule.Organelles in the hemocytes in the capsule tended to degenerate and completely disappear in the cells located in the deep layer of the capsule.Tight fibre like junction formed between the two plasmic membrane of the neighbour cells in the capsule.Histochemically RNA reduced manifestly and tryptophone almost eliminated completely in the hemocytes which involved in the capsule formation.Since onset of capsulating activity,the hemocytes showed a very strong positive reaction with Chevremont's ferric firricyanide test for SH group.It is suggested that melanin involved in this reaction,although the positive reaction can be blocked by Barrnett's iodine treatment.
