| 摘 要： | 建立和推行职业安全健康管理体系是现代企业适应大环境、追求安全管理新境界的科学方法，是时下安全管理追逐的热点，但是我们不能视其为“灵丹妙药”，而忽视了企业安全文化的作用。就企业安全文化与职业安全健康管理体系的关系进行了论述。
