摘 要: | 应用系统可靠性分析基本原理,以丙烯腈反应工序的核心装置反应器为分析对象,确定反应器在运行过程中的防爆膜破裂事故为顶事件,应用故障树分析方法建立故障树,并对其进行定性和定量分析,得出顶事件最小割集和发生概率。本工作对石化企业的环境风险评价和安全分析具有重要意义。

Fault Trees Analysis for Acrylonitrile Reactor |

Abstract: | Based on the fundamental principle of system reliability analysis, a fault tree with acrylonitrile reactor, the key equipment of acylonitrile reaction section, as the analysis object and the rupture of reactor rupture disk as the top event, is created by fault trees analysis method. Qualitative and quantitative analyses are carried out, obtaining the minimal cutset and probability of the top event. The fault trees analysis is useable in safety analysis and environmental risk assessment of petrochemical enterprises. |
