| 摘 要： | 为了规范废纸造纸产业发展,防止低水平重复建设,本文介绍了浙江省废纸造纸产业的产品种类、生产规模、设备选型和配置以及污染治理现状,结合现有法律法规和环保要求等,提出了《浙江省废纸造纸产业环境准入指导意见》的基本要求,并在建设项目审查和审批中得到应用。
