摘    要:此文介绍了一种求解轴对称塑性成形问题的新方法——简化滑移线法,并得到了轴对称杯形件反挤压变形力的简化滑移线解.计算结果表明,简化滑移线解高于限解,更接近真实载荷,是求解轴对称塑性成形问题的一种简单而实用的新方法.

Abstract:A new method :simplified slip-line approach to the analysis for the axisymmetric forming of metals is discussed in this paper, and the simplified slip-line solution of extrusion pressure to the axisymmetric backward extrusion of the cup-shape part has been obtained. The result show that simplified slip-line solution is less than the upper bound solution, more approachable to the ture load. It is a convenient and practical method for determing the force required for deformation in the axisymmetry forming.
