混凝沉淀法处理钮扣生产废水

摘    要:进行了混凝沉淀法处理钮扣生产废水的研究,结果表明,当原水SS为1200,g/L,CODCr为1650mg/L,在水温15℃,pH6.0-6.5,搅拌时间3-5min,Al2(SO4)3投加量400-500mg/L,沉淀时间30-40min的条件下,SS,CODCr去除率分别达到90%,75%以上。

Abstract:Treatment of button production wastewater with flocculating setting process has been conducted. The results showed that when concentrations of SS and CODcr in the influent were 1200mg/L and 1650mg/L respectively, their removal rates were 90% and 75% respectively under the conditions of T = IS'C, pH6.0 - 6.5, mixing time 3 - 5min, and addition of Al2(SO4)3 was 400 - 500mg/L, settling time 30 - 40min.
